A: When used correctly, this device doesn't wear down too much since its gears are toughened (three times more wear-resistant than regular gears) and it has a "preload + lubrication film" design. To keep things from getting worn out, keep these things in mind: Check the grease every three months and never run the machine without lubrication. The actual load should be less than 80% of the rated amount.
Q: Can it work with stepper motors? Will this change the accuracy?
A: It works perfectly with stepper motors, however the motor itself has the most effect on precision (stepper motors might lose steps). A servo motor (closed-loop control with error correction) is best if you need great precision. Servo motors are 30% to 50% more accurate at positioning than stepper motors, especially when they're moving slowly (≤5 rpm) or when the load changes.
Q: How can I stop the pipeline from rubbing against the inside wall of the hollow hole when I install it? There are three ways to make things better:
