SMS small modules are compact in design and are now available with fully configurable drive and connecting elements. Standardized products with short delivery times are especially suitable for combinations. The new high-performance integrated drive controllers for stepper motors are pre-parameterized and offer significantly shorter commissioning times and an excellent price/performance ratio.
Whether in the automotive, electronics, consumer goods, medical technology or 3D printing sectors, machine and plant manufacturers offer cost-effective solutions for the handling of small parts with the ultra-compact SMS module system. On the basis of the compact SMS linear modules in sizes from 30 to 120, Bosch Rexroth further extends its product range by configuring motors, accessory options and connection technology. New stepper motors for increased efficiency
A new type of pre-programmed stepper motor with a built-in controller completes the servo motor product line. Parameterized configurations can be made via the corresponding controller without the need for any additional tools. The products are equipped with a multi-Ethernet interface for the EtherCAT communication protocol, which provides the necessary interfaces. At the same time, with the ctrlX CORE open control platform, Bosch Rexroth offers users a choice of suitable control solutions.
