Hansheng Automation provides the SHD-14 Regular Type Series, which are available with reduction ratios of 30, 50, 80, and 100. These gearboxes are designed to accommodate a maximum allowable input speed of up to 8500 revolutions per minute (r/min) and an average allowable input speed of 3500 r/min. This combination of high reduction ratios and input speed capabilities makes the SHD-14 series ideal for applications requiring both precision and high-performance power transmission.

Before installing the harmonic reducer, necessary checks need to be carried out to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the equipment. The specific methods are as follows:

1, Check if there is any damage or dirt on the surface of the machine. If there is, it needs to be cleaned or maintained.

2, Check if the installation position meets the requirements of the equipment and is placed horizontally to prevent installation deviation.

3, Check if the motor and equipment to be installed match each other. If they do not match, they need to be re selected and appropriate modifications made.

4, Check the fitting accuracy of the transmission chain, assembly of bearings, and correct installation of sealing rings.

Before installing the harmonic reducer, it is necessary to carefully read the operation manual and follow the following steps. The specific method is as follows:

1, Install automatic self-aligning bearings. Clean and apply the bearing seat, and install the bearing into the bearing seat.

2, Install the spindle. Install according to the order in the manual and strictly follow the order without reversing it.

3, Install the cycloidal gear and flexible gear. Gently move the flexible gear by hand and check for any obstacles or obstacles.

4, Install the dust cover. Install a dust cover inside the harmonic reducer and press it by hand to test for secure installation without touching any parts.

5, Install the adjustment screws and bearing slack screws. Adjust the screws according to the installation position in the operation manual and check if they are installed correctly.

6, Conduct inspections and adjustments. After installation, conduct an overall inspection and manually rotate to test if it works properly.
