Our engineers review your drawing for manufacturability and return a full quote - covering material, machining, surface treatment, and inspection costs - with no hidden fees. Sample Production and Full Inspection

Your part is produced on 5-axis CNC milling or turn-milling equipment with real-time dimensional monitoring throughout the run. The completed sample is inspected on our CMM coordinate measuring machine. You receive a Full Dimension Inspection Report and material certification before approving production. Standard sample lead time: 3–5 business days depending on geometry and material.

 
Mass Production and In-Process Inspection

Upon sample approval, full production begins. A 10% random inspection is conducted per batch, focused on critical tolerance features. You receive real-time production updates and can request interim inspection data at any stage.
