Our On-Demand CNC Parts Process
You will need to provide drawings (in CAD/STEP/SolidWorks formats) or samples, specifying material, precision, and surface finish requirements. Our technical engineers will respond quickly to confirm your details.
Our engineers will provide optimization solutions (such as adjusting hole spacing to reduce machining errors) in the shortest possible time and provide a detailed quote (including material, processing, and testing costs) with no hidden costs.
Production is performed using 5-axis CNC milling/turning equipment, with real-time dimensional monitoring throughout the process. Upon completion, the sample undergoes a full inspection using a CMM coordinate measuring machine, with a "Full Dimension Inspection Report" and material certification attached.
After sample confirmation, mass production will begin. A 10% random inspection will be conducted on each batch, focusing on key dimensions. Production progress will be shared with the customer in real time.
