What is a Flange Hollow Type Cam Indexer

Stable at speeds of medium and high
The hollow shaft is made of high-strength alloy steel that has been quenched (HRC58–62), making it as stiff as a solid shaft. Radial runout is less than or equal to 0.01mm while the machine is running at high speed, which means that placement is always accurate. Also, the cam curve is ground with CNC precision so that it meshes perfectly with the needle roller bearings when the machine is running all the time. After one million cycles, accuracy loss is less than 5 arc seconds, which cuts down on downtime and the need for calibration and maintenance expenditures by 50%.
