Installation Instructions

 

How to install It

 

Initially, it is advisable to reserve a motor outlet and mounting hole on the mechanical equipment mounting plate to expose the motor part of the rotary indexing table. Then as shown below place the rotary indexing table on the mechanical equipment mounting plate using the two positioning pin holes. Then securely fixes the rotary indexing table on the mounting plate with personnel. (As illustrated below)

How to install a load on It

 

Install the load using the 6 mounting screw holes on the rotary indexing table's turntable.The location of the load can be ascertained by means of two pin holes designed for load installation on the rotary indexing table. The load has to have the positioning pins securely set on it.
