The HRM-130 Series right-angle Motorized Rotary Table is a rotary reduction transmission device designed for limited installation space that requires a 90-degree turn. It has the advantages of both the hollow rotary platform and the 90-degree turn reducer. The hollow turntable structure makes complex pipes and wiring simpler, and the right-angle turn design can solve the problem of insufficient installation space.
This model also has the characteristics of the Motorized Rotary Table SV standard type, which can be widely matched with servo motors or stepper motors of various brands, giving designers more choices when designing mechanical structures.
The main body of Hansheng hollow rotary table is made of aluminumalloy and processed by high precision CNC to ensure the accuracy of eachpart. The gear adopts the process of carburizing heat treatment andgrinding. After processing, it can reach the gear accuracy of grade 5, and its surface hardness can reach 58-62HR0. After the product is assembled, another grinding process will be carried out to ensure that the parallelism and perpendicularity of the end face reaches within a trace of run out.
The precision level of some gears of Hansheng hollow rotary table reaches level 4, which makes the hollow return of the hollow rotating platform extremely small, and our company uses the design of adjustable gear center distance to compensate for the error generated during assembly.
