1. Gear material selection of alloy steel (20CrMnTi, 18Cr2Ni4WA) by carburizing quenching treatment, has a high hardness and wear resistance. Stainless steel (304, 316, for corrosion-resistant environment).


2. the planetary frame material selection of aluminum alloy (6061, 7075) lightweight and high strength. Cast iron (HT250) for high load occasions.


3. Bearings are made of high carbon chrome steel, such as GCr15, with high hardness and wear resistance. Heat-treated to improve hardness and wear resistance. Precision grinding ensures high precision and low friction.


4. The shell material is aluminum alloy ADC12, lightweight and good heat dissipation. Cast iron HT200 for high strength and vibration damping.


5. Lubrication material selected grease: lithium grease, polyurea grease for gear and bearing lubrication. Lubricating oil: mineral oil, synthetic oil, for high speed and high temperature environment.

 

 

Working Principle

 

Simple planetary reducers systems let input power rapidly turn the solar gear. Equally spaced around the centre axis of rotation, the planets mesh with the sun and the stationary ring gear so they orbit as they roll. Every planet is set atop a single spinning member known as a cage, arm, or carrier.

 

Transmission of the planetary gear system passes through the mutual meshing of the sun gear, planet gears, and inner ring gear. With the help of the planet carrier, the motor forces the sun gear to rotate; the planet gears rotate and revolve around the sun gear, therefore producing power. Large gearbox ratio, great efficiency, and consistent load define it; it is fit for uses with high torque and limited area. The system is extensively applied in situations requiring exact power transfer, such robotics, machine tools, and industrial equipment; it functions without problems.
