Every complete revolution of the cam moves the indexing table by one spot in the cam indexing system. The drive motor and the software define the tool change time and selection time, therefore guaranteeing quick transitions and raising output. The indexing table only starts operating when tool changeovers are needed, hence it is not essential for it to run constantly. This helps to save needless running time and increases work efficiency.

The 600mm diameter, 16-position aluminium index plate of the indexing table has a load capability more than 20kg. Because it provides enough strength while keeping low weight and corrosion resistance, an aluminium index plate is appropriate for high-load and high-frequency applications.
